Delivery is made after confirmed registration of the customer and a valid order for delivery of goods. Any valid accepted order automatically gets an official number and  the client receives confirmation on his e-mail. Online shop for wrought iron alWayService reserves the right not to fulfill an order placed via the internet store if the registration of the customer is not valid, if the customer appears in our database as an incorrect user or if there is no availability of the ordered goods. In case of lack of any product from the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail or call.

Order confirmation done through e-mail within one working day.

The customer can refuse or request changes prior to confirmation.
 

Shipping & Delivery prices:
Deliveries are made by courier to the customer's door. Shipping is done within 1 to 5 working days. In case of delay the customer will be promptly notified by email or by phone.
