Terms and Conditions for using alWayService's Online Wrought Iron Store

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, before using any information on the website!

Every individual or legal entity, who wants to make a purchase through the alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store, must fill-in and confirm the accuracy of the data in the registration form, thus creating his/her client account.

Account Registration

When registering, the client acquires a username and password, which identifies him/her in the alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store.

The client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions for the use of alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store.

The client is entitled to place valid orders for purchasing goods, offered by alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store, as well as to refuse them, according to the applicable rules.

Prices and characteristics of the goods

The prices, specified in the online store are final, including VAT.

The main characteristics and prices of the goods are specified for each product. The delivery price is not included in the product price.

Changes in the product prices

alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store may change the prices at any time, without prior notice to the users. The user shall pay the price of the product, effective as of the time of placing the order.

Privacy protection

In order to buy products or services from alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store, you provide certain personal information. This information is protected by the Privacy Protection Act. alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store uses personal information only to improve the offered services and to fulfill your order.

The information that you provide IS NEVER DISCLOSED to third parties.

Order

The delivery takes place after the client registers an account and places a proper order for the delivery of goods. In his/her order the client specifies the payment method and contact telephone number. Each valid and accepted order is automatically assigned a service number, as the client receives a confirmation of his/her order on the email address that he has provided. alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store preserves the right not to fulfill an order, placed through the online store, if the data, provided by the client, is not valid; if the client is included in our database as an incorrect user or if the ordered product is not available. alWayService will notify the client by an email message or a phone call of the unavailability of a certain product, included in client’s order. The order may be fulfilled even if a certain article is not available, if the client indicates so, when making his/her order or in subsequent communication with alWayService.

The order is confirmed by email within the same business day.

The client may refuse or change his/her order, before its confirmation.

Delivery and delivery prices

The deliveries are carried out by courier companies within Bulgaria and abroad to client’s doorstep. The delivery takes place within 1 to 5 business days. In case of a delay, the client will be notified accordingly in due time by email or a phone call. The delivery prices are formed, based on courier company’s tariffs. The delivery price depends on the specificities of the ordered products (volume, weight, distance to the delivery address). At client’s discretion, alWayService may notify the client in advance of the delivery price, after consulting the partner courier company.

For our clients’ convenience alWayService’s Online Wrought Iron Store provides the option for picking the ordered products from alWayService’s corporate store.

Payment

The payment for an order may be made, as follows:

- by cash on delivery, to the courier upon receiving the goods;

- by a bank transfer;

- cash, when taking the order from alWayService’s corporate store.

Returning of goods

The client may withdraw from a concluded product sale contract within seven business days, starting from the product receiving date. In this case, we required that our goods are stored in a manner, preserving their quality and appearance. In case of withdrawal from a contract, the goods must be returned at the expense of the buyer in their original condition, in the package, in which they are usually offered in our retail network. Otherwise, the termination of the contract shall take place after negotiating a compensation for the reduced consumer value of the products.

The documents, accompanying any returned goods, must include:

- a product receipt, accompanying the ordered products, indicating in the bottom client’s bank account, where the respective amount can be refunded, and the reasons for returning the products;

- original cash receipt

The amount is refunded to client’s bank account that he/she has indicated, by means of a wire transfer within 30 days. You can submit a notice for withdrawal from a contract, returning of goods or you can submit a complaint, on the home page of our website, in the “Send us a message” sect
